Rebecca Armstrong has just been appointed Delegate-General of the candidacy of Rouen Seine Normande 2028. As a privileged contact for the partners of the candidacy, her mission is to lead the team in charge of the project.
“The Rouen Seine Normande 2028 candidacy has undeniable strengths: its territory, from Giverny to Le Havre while taking in Honfleur, its values, in which I recognise myself, the seriousness of the background work undertaken over the past two years. It’s a huge opportunity for the territory”, she adds in delight.
Rebecca Armstrong started piloting territorial projects in Normandie in the early 2000s. Her sources of energy? Sustainable public policies and civic participation. Culture and the media, too: she has hosted television and radio shows and a podcast, since 2017. In them, she interviews philosophers, writers, journalists and creators of the world of tomorrow and of the changes of models that are awaiting us. Because her curiosity is as insatiable as her pleasure in transmitting it.
