Eleven teams of ten students from the ISCOM school were given 24 hours to make a video expressing young people’s support for the Rouen Seine Normande 2028 bid. The competition started at 10 a.m. on December 5th, ending at 10 a.m. the next day, during which time they wrote their scripts, shot their videos and completed their editing.
